Data controller

Pinivy SAS is the controller of personal data collected via pinivy.com. Contact: contact@pinivy.com.

Data we collect

  • Account: email address, password (hashed), and where applicable the identifier of your login provider (Google, Pinterest).
  • Onboarding and profile: brand, topics and style preferences you provide.
  • Submitted content: URLs, texts and images provided to generate pins, along with the generated pins.
  • Billing: plan, subscription status and payment identifiers handled by Stripe (no card data is stored by Pinivy).
  • Usage: aggregated, anonymous audience metrics (see the Cookies page).

Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the service and generate pins — performance of the contract.
  • Manage billing and subscriptions — performance of the contract and legal obligation.
  • Send transactional emails and, with your consent, guidance emails — legitimate interest / consent.
  • Improve the product via anonymous statistics — legitimate interest.
  • Prevent fraud and secure accounts — legitimate interest.

Processors and recipients

We use third-party providers solely for the needs of the service:

  • OpenAI and Runware — AI text and image generation.
  • Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
  • Resend — email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — image storage and email routing.
  • Vercel and Railway — hosting of the app, API and database.
  • Datafast — cookieless audience measurement.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers are located outside the European Union (notably in the United States). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Your account data and pins are kept for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, they are erased or anonymized within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies (accounting records: up to 10 years).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@pinivy.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).
